I bought A sky pro selfie android 8.1 brand new from staples in late 2019
7 months later, touch screen does not work properly. I contacted the sky devices several times, they have refused to respond. And now their contact us link, asks for user name and password! With no option to create one. They waste enough time for warranty to expire. They won't even respond to sell a touch screen replacement part.
I bought a SKY 5.0Q - 5" Unlocked Dual SIM Smartphone in May, 2016, everything works well except the charger. After a few days of use, the charger failed to function properly: it cannot charge the phone in full, no matter how long you plug in.
Called the sky devices customer service number - the manufacturer, hopefully to get the charger replaced, but the representative asked me to fill out the form on their website because she said she cannot help. When requested the rep to transfer my call to her manager, she said okay, but I have been waiting over 50 minutes, NO ONE including her manager showed up!
