Very poor customer service I needed a wire Replacement which I was willing to pay for they gave me one option to send it back where I brought it.
Made excuse they don't have replacement parts so my £250 camerea that's 5 weeks old is now no good due to a wire which reolink will not sell so avoid this company because if you need spares in future they will not help you
Good afternoon. After I bought a Reolink camera, I decided to place it in our house and admire it with myself from the couch, where we seem to often find ourselves lately. I read carefully about the Reolink camera herе reolink customer service number and realized that all I really needed to do was take it out of the box, turn it on, remove the protective film, sync with our home Wi-Fi and add it to the Reolink app on our phones using the QR code on the back of the camera. According to our calculations, this process took about five minutes.
